I embarked on a building project earlier on and when I went there with my wife, the builder told me the cost from the foundation to the lintel level. I was really discouraged because what I had was nowhere near it. At this point I reminded my wife about the reservations I had about the project but she encouraged me in return and said we could do it. – Simeon Derefaka

Last Thursday, I left home with my son, without turning off the gas cooker which still had a pot of cooked food on it. My two daughters had also gone to their respective offices. When we returned about four hours later, I opened my door and found the whole house in thick smoke.
